White Chocolate Mocha
If you love white chocolate, you'll find yourself making this special drink again and again. Maybe even with an Easter bunny—one you enjoy in liquid form mixed with coffee. Easy to make, and a real treat to drink.
Ingredients:
½ - 1 espresso (adjust according to your taste and desired strength)
50–60 g fine chocolate or 90 ml white chocolate syrup
150–200 ml milk—depending on the size of the glass (can be replaced with alternatives such as almond, soy, or oat milk)
about 1 dl cream
Optional: White chocolate shavings, coffee beans, and chocolate powder for decoration
Preparation:
Prepare the espresso so it can cool down
Heat the milk
Slowly melt the white chocolate. If you're using syrup, just have it ready.
Pour the melted chocolate or syrup into a large mug or glass, and then immediately add the espresso
Pour in the frothed milk
Add whipped cream
Garnish: Decorate as you like with whipped cream, white chocolate sprinkles, coffee beans, and/or chocolate powder
The taste is one-of-a-kind. Give it a try.
