Deliveries – Shipping – Packaging
Shipping costs, packaging, and delivery fees depend on the value of the products ordered.
The system recalculates shipping, packaging, and delivery costs for each order and displays the total amount, including VAT, in the “Shipping Costs” section.
Free shipping is available for orders totaling 120.00 CHF or more. 
Deliveries are made only to addresses in Switzerland.

Discount Levels
Request your personal discounts from us; we will set up a personal login for you, and the discounts assigned to you will be displayed directly on the products.
Resellers receive an identification ID and are served directly through the system in accordance with the agreements.

Warranty and Repair Service
If the warranty has expired, we will arrange for an external repair service to address any malfunctions in machines purchased from us.

During the standard one-year warranty period and under the usual warranty terms, please send us the coffee machine along with the proof of purchase for any necessary repairs.
Warranty claims resulting from material or manufacturing defects will be assessed at our official service centers, and we will inform you of the next steps.
We maintain an extensive inventory of replacement parts.
