Cloud Coffee. A Coffee Kick with Benefits

Cloud Coffee. A Coffee Kick with Benefits

It looks like a dessert, feels like an energy drink, and just makes you feel good.

Cloud Coffee is probably the smartest caffeine boost of the summer: cold, clear, caffeinated—and not a single gram of sugar to slow you down.

The base? Chilled coconut water—of course rich in potassium and Magnesium. This helps maintain your fluid balance, gently supports healthy blood pressure, and makes this drink a smarter choice for anyone who loves coffee but wants more than just a quick pick-me-up. Topped off with beautifully frothed espresso foam—as creamy as a barista’s dream and made in the blink of an eye.

You don't need a lab or any fancy equipment. Just ice, coconut water, a good espresso, and some plant-based milk. If you like, you can add a splash of vanilla or agave syrup.

Cloud Coffee is refreshing, invigorating, and healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of espresso (about 30–45 ml), e.g., Kimbo Barista or Italian Coffee Padova

  • 100–120 ml coconut water (chilled, ideally with no added sugar)

  • Ice cubes

  • 30–45 ml milk or plant-based milk (e.g., oat or almond milk) or light cream

Optional: Sweetener to taste (e.g., agave syrup, vanilla syrup, or maple syrup)

Preparation:

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the chilled coconut water.

  2. Make the espresso.

  3. Pour milk or cream (and sweetener, if desired) into a separate container. Use a milk frother or whisk to froth the mixture until it is light and creamy.

  4. Carefully pour the frothed espresso over the coconut water—the foam should form a “cloud” on top.

  5. You can stir it if you like, or just enjoy the contrast—perfect for a quick, stylish refreshment.
