1 liter of cold water
100 g coarsely ground coffee
1 vanilla bean, split open
50 ml coconut water
Preparation
How to Make Cold Brew: Place coarsely ground coffee and a split vanilla bean in a large container. Fill it with cold water and let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours.
Filter and Refine: Strain the cold brew through a fine sieve or a coffee filter. After straining, add coconut water and stir well.
Serving: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the vanilla-coconut cold brew over them. For an extra decorative touch, you can use a vanilla bean or a slice of coconut as a garnish.
