Cold Brew Tonic

Cold Brew Tonic is a refreshing and trendy coffee creation that has become increasingly popular in recent years. This unique combination of cold-brewed coffee and tonic water blends the deep, rich flavors of cold brew with the crisp, slightly bitter notes of tonic. Perfect for warm days, Cold Brew Tonic offers a welcome change from traditional coffee drinks.

Ingredients
  • 100 ml cold brew coffee

  • 150 ml tonic water

  • Ice cubes

  • A slice of lemon or freshly grated lemon zest for garnish

Preparation

How to Make Cold Brew: Mix coarsely ground coffee with cold water and let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for about 12 to 24 hours. Then strain the cold brew through a fine sieve or a coffee filter.

Prepare tonic water: Have some tonic water ready. The amount can be adjusted to taste.

Merge: Start by filling a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the cold brew until the glass is half full, then top it off with tonic water.

Serving: Stirring is optional, as some people prefer the liquids to remain layered. Serve the drink immediately to enjoy the tonic's refreshing fizz.
