Ingredients:
1 cup of strong coffee
200 ml drinking chocolate
20 ml gingerbread syrup
grated chocolate
1–2 tablespoons of whipping cream
Preparation:
Take a particularly large mug
Make a cup of coffee and a cup of hot chocolate
Now pour the gingerbread syrup into the large cup and slowly fill it with the other two (coffee and hot chocolate).
Stir everything well so that it blends gently and the flavor really comes through.
Top it off with a little whipped cream—or a lot, if you're a cream lover.
To garnish, you can put some chocolate powder in a sieve and sprinkle it over the whipped cream.
This coffee is also great to make with kids and turn into a ritual on cold days. Just leave out the coffee for the kids.
Enjoy it together. The drink and a little peace and quiet.
