Ingredients

  • 100 ml fresh watermelon juice

  • 100 ml sparkling mineral water

  • 1 espresso (about 30 ml)

  • Ice cubes

  • A slice of lime for garnish

Preparation

  1. Add ice cubes to the glass.

  2. Mix the watermelon juice and mineral water, then pour it into the glass.

  3. Carefully pour the espresso over it.

  4. Garnish with lime.

Tip: For a special look—pour the espresso slowly over the back of a spoon. It also makes for a nice show.
